    We are seeking a professional like you to lead a regional account team responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of all commercial relationships to regional intermediate customers.


    Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

  • As a role model, you will coach and support the territory/account managers in identifying new applications for existing products at current and new accounts, with a strong focus on hunting for new customers in each of the territories.
  • Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will be accountable for developing regional account strategies and ensure account plans are fully executed with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leveraging your educational and professional background in a Sales environment with demonstrated managerial experience, you will drive and monitor account planning by setting account/territory sales/profitability targets.
  • Leading a team of experienced sales professionals, you serve as the key decision-maker in steering territory/account managers and split tasks and responsibilities within the team to optimize customer-facing time.
  • As a leader at BASF, you will play a key role in creating value for the company through people.
