We are adding to our IS Manager team! Looking for an Infrastructure Manager experienced with \"Microsoft Modern Workplace\" with a background partnering with stakeholders and internal customers.
The IS Manager is a professional who embraces the art of the possible and leads by empowering the team. The IS manager is responsible for talent development, leading community of practice teams and ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions that bring value to the enterprise.
What you'll do:
Hire and coach employees. Manage individual performance objectives and yearly reviews. Develop and maintain high performing teams that provide quality and timely delivery of business objectives.
Develop, execute and maintain staffing and training plans to ensure the department is appropriately staffed and is able to provide the technical skills needed to support the enterprise.
Facilitate/contribute to at least one Community of Practice that sets standards, provides shared knowledge opportunities, and oversees improvements to those specific areas of IT.
In addition to delivery teams, manage a service team with responsibility for daily operations issues and break/fix solutions.
Lead strategic IS objectives that drive improvements necessary to serve the enterprise.
Maintain relationships across the organization to ensure consistency of practices and processes.
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on behaviors, processes and techniques required to successfully deliver value to the organization. Remove impediments, manage risks and resolve issues.
Manage and balance the department budget and stable team budgets. Provide input to the portfolio budgets.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
Bachelor's degreein Computer Science or Management and 5 years in a leadership role.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
Understanding of tech stacks used in your teams technology portfolio, ability to understand and support enterprise architecture.
Strong decision making skills- the ability to understand how actions and processes impact others.
The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:
Master's degreeComputer Science or Management
Experience managing a team(s) operating under Agile methodology preferred
